Classification of information sources

Search sources can be grouped into collections by theme.

For example: if you plan to use Mailnavigator to search for commercial offers of sale of rolled metal, then it makes sense to create a collection of sources called: "Metals". If, in addition, you sometimes need to find something in your private correspondence, it makes sense to create a "Correspondence" collection. If you have a lot of mail files, this will considerably speed up a search of the necessary data.

To create a collection, enter its title in the input field, and then choose the files to be included in the collection.

When you do a search, the collection of information sources is saved along with the current filters. In effect, the information search by filter is carried out in the currently active collection of information sources.
